CFI had the amazing opportunity to teach blacksmithing at the North branch of the Spokane County Library District this August! Library goers were able to register for the workshop for free through the library and each forged nails, hooks, and iron bracelets in the library parking lot. A lot of folks stuck around to spectate and it was a great group of people all day long. We were very happy to have gotten to reach a new audience with the help of the library, and at least a handful of the participants seemed eager to come to more blacksmithing events now that they’ve given it a try. That’s what it’s all about! Thanks SCLD!
